About: About
"My passion for art began at an early age. I spent hours in the art room at school and at home before deciding to pursue a degree in Russian Studies followed by a Masters of Arts in International Affairs. My first professional experiences were working for non-profit organizations, the US government and private enterprises.
I began working on weekends at an art gallery in Washington, DC and soon transitioned to a new position with a gallery representing European artists.
This led to establishing my own gallery in Georgetown, specializing in contemporary Russian art and in 2007, opening Galerie Blue Square in the Marais district of Paris. Today, my efforts focus on advising artists and collectors, defining strategies for exhibiting contemporary art and curation of impactful art projects globally." - Dianne Beal
